Dr. S. Shanmuga Jayanthan, Senior Consultant Radiologist and Head of Department, was honoured with the prestigious Dr. Kishor Taori Gold Medal for Best Competitive Paper 2025 by the Indian Radiological & Imaging Association (IRIA).
The award was presented during the 74th Annual Conference of IRIA and AOCR 2025, held at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, on 24th January 2025. This prestigious recognition highlights Dr. Shanmuga Jayanthan’s academic excellence, research contributions, and commitment towards advancing radiology and imaging sciences.
The Dr. Kishor Taori Gold Medal is awarded for the best competitive scientific paper and is considered one of the most respected recognitions in the field of radiology in India. The achievement reflects dedication towards innovation, quality research, and excellence in patient care.
