MALIGNANT RCA :
Right coronary artery (RCA) has an aberrant origin from the left coronary sinus.
The inter-arterial course occurs because the artery passes between the ascending aorta and the pulmonary trunk which cause proximal vessel narrowing due to extrinsic compression.
